This is becoming a tradition. A quiet Christmas Eve coffee at the @LdnOntBikeCafe before the family events. Maybe the last time on this degenerating app though..... But for now, Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and all the best for 2025!
And another beautiful morning for my walk in!
Beautiful fall day for a walk home from the office. Some more seasonable (cooler) temperatures finally. And I am very happy that for the first time since chemo/radiation this summer I was able to walk the entire stretch (4.5 km/3 miles). It definitely was worth it!!

Great start to #ASBMR2024 by running into our former MD/PhD student @ShirineUsmani who is an endocrinologist here in Toronto now.
On the way to #ASBMR2014! Very happy it is close by in Toronto & I can get there by train. Looking forward to the pre-meeting on metabolism tomorrow.
Great event! The Jeremy Fox Band here. I will be performing right after (just kidding of course). On a personal level, it feels great to have my energy slowly coming back after chemo and radiation, to enjoy the many (free !) evens in downtown #ldnont
