The Jets placed LB Marcelino McCrary-Ball, DL David Onyemata and WR Arian Smith on injured reserve.
The WR depth is not ideal — down to Garrett Wilson, AD Mitchell, Isaiah Williams and now Malik McClain. Might need to call up Sterling Shepard or Tyler Johnson. Not like Arian Smith was playing much on O so that was true anyway.
Onyemata being out is a loss for the run game but T’Vondre Sweat has been impactful against the run — albeit while only playing 44% of the snaps overall.

Yup there it is. Figured this was why the Jets signed TE Cody Hardy to their practice squad.
Jets are really banged up right now. Hoping to get at least one or two guys (Ponds, Ossai?) back for Week 3.
Will probably just roll with 3 TEs + Beck against Detroit.
After the following moves, I have the Jets cap space at $10,182,827.
