New research from our lab, showing our latest findings on ammonium and nitrate responses in rice.
Happy to share our latest publication in which we performed quite extensive transcriptomics using a 7-point timecourse with NH4; NO3 and NH4NO3 on rice shoots and roots and built a co-expression network that enabled us to find new candidate regulators.

New preprint on HT nitrification inhibition assays!
These methods are heavily used in our lab, I guess for now >1M samples (probably an underestimate), including a small molecule screen (see doi.org/10.1016/j.jenvman.20…) and now for the discovery of a new BNI!
