Take care of your business, bees! 🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝

47/100: Beautiful day at the beach! We are lucky to have such a gem so close to school. Highlights from our run:

40/100: Buddy run today! We had a great day! 🐝🔗🐝💪🏼🐝💕

38/100: It’s the Sixteenth Annual Bee Linked XC Classic WEEK! Finish line food is arriving, and so are the raffle prizes. You can’t win a fancy new water bottle if you don’t register, so go to beelinked.org to register today! 🐝🔗🐝💪🏼🐝💕

35-37/100: I struggled to get out the door today, but once I was moving I was good! Then I watched Faith Kipyegon break her own record while I stretched. Incredible! 🐝🔗🐝💪🏼🐝💕

33&34/100: I really don’t like the humidity, but I do appreciate how the team managed it during our tempo run today! This giant beetle helped me time it! Kicking myself that I didn’t get a pic of Noah’s Washington socks or Steven’s flag socks. 🐝🔗🐝💪🏼🐝💕

32/100: Great day with this group. A little rain can’t stop us! 🐝🔗🐝💪🏼🐝💕

31/100: Grateful for alums who care deeply. Great visit with Philip Meyer today, and a quick surprise visit with Natalie Fig! So many great conversations with alums via text and email recently, too. This linked tradition is what makes coaching so beautiful! 🐝🔗🐝💪🏼🐝💕

30/100: Grateful for day lily season and cool temps. First four-miler of the summer felt great in this weather! 🐝🔗🐝💪🏼🐝💕

28/100: Registration price goes up $5 tonight! Go to beelinked.org to register right now! 🐝🔗🐝💪🏼🐝💕

26-27/100: Grateful for a team that isn’t afraid to get grimy to help the community! 🐝🔗🐝💪🏼🐝💕

24 & 25/100: Forgot to post yesterday! Storms kept us inside today, but our flexible crew made indoor training fun! Found this lovely list online and had to share. Good habits! 🐝🔗🐝💪🏼💕

22/100: First 3 miler of June for me! It was a hot one, but the forest preserve did not disappoint. Plenty of beauty and wildlife to distract my brain! 🐝🔗🐝💪🏼🐝💕

20/100: Happy Summer! Grateful for our gem of a running location today. Cool fog and sweet breeze were a nice respite from this week’s heat. 🐝🔗🐝💪🏼🐝💕

18/100: Infinitely grateful for the light sprinkle and cool breeze at practice this morning. A nice respite so we could get some work in on our course! 🐝🔗🐝💪🏼🐝💕
