This has been a LONG time coming. Proud to be able to say, we will be able to look back and say we made real, positive change in our time 🚒🏴
Proud to know another woman won’t cry in secret because she longs for her baby and her body still hurts xxx
💜 We're committed to supporting the amazing women of #TeamSouthWales in an equal and inclusive workplace, with the intention to approve 5️⃣2️⃣ weeks paid maternity leave for eligible employees following a review of our maternity provision.

Our thoughts and prayers go to the families, loved ones and colleagues of those we have been lost at a large fire at a former RAF base in Oxfordshire, and we are sending hope and strength to the firefighters who are in hospital.
@OxonFireRescue
The @WelshRugbyUnion have made a catastrophic error here. Without hwb officers rugby in many schools is now dead!!! @WRU_Thomas made history at Cardinal Newman establishing girls rugby, he supported kids from school rugby into a club and he developed players to consider (1)

Coaching, refereeing and the wider roles needed to keep a team functioning. He encouraged EPP engagement and introduced wheelchair rugby. He made rugby something for EVERYONE. No club badge or family name - at school all players were EQUAL!!! Something missing from Welsh rugby(2)

1/2 My dad unfortunately collapsed and passed away at the Wolves game last Monday night, he had to be carried up stairs from his seat in block 123 to be able to have CPR performed on him, his watch went missing when he was moved and we desperately want it back..
Welcome to the team. All absolutely exceptional and they’ll be great additions to their watches 🚒🚒

First round of Caerphilly Cluster League. What a tough draw! We did ourselves proud with all matches won or lost with a very tight margin. Lost, drew, won, won, lost. #healthyandconfident

Welsh Regional Rugby / WRU = turns out 10 years of poor investment in coaching, lack of quality foreign players, lack of investment in young players and academies, lack of investment in nutrition and supplementation of players / ability to be professional eg 5k/8k contracts, cutting budgets reducing squad sizes and the quality / depth of the professional game in Wales can lead to the worst national team results in history. Can’t say the boys on the field aren’t giving everything they’ve got, their just handicapped by the hand they’ve been dealt imho 🤷🏼♂️

Watched #Nye with my 14 year old son. The grandson, great and great great grandson of miners. He’s gone to bed so proud of the miners ‘stute and miners hospital. So proud to be a valleys boy with political interests. Thank you @NationalTheatre @michaelsheen for a masterpiece 💙
Remember that guy with dodgy blond hair who liked a cigar and said he’d “fix it”?
