In 1972, Geno Biggi developed the first sweet hot mustard made with honey. When he found that most people liked the sweet flavor, but didn’t like their mustard “hot,” he developed a sweet honey mustard formula under his own Beaver Brand label. Beaver Honey Mustard was born.
