I've occasionally referenced Neville Chamberlain, usually in reference to Democrats. Deservedly, of course, but if the United States do not reverse our embrace of Islam, "Islam is a religion of peace" will reverberate through history along with "Peace in our time."

Absolutely this. As a 40ish, never married man with plenty to offer in assets and reputation, the only thing left that terrifies me about marriage is how easily a woman could change her mind after a few years and trash my reputation and finances. Marriage has to mean something.

Wow, so true. The left spent decades banging away with wispy intellectual types, but it was like a forest fire that wouldn't burn most trees. They did plenty of damage in the legal system and academia, but widespread carnage took infecting the other team from within.
Put MA on your list of insane states to avoid. I'm not kidding in the least - in many locals, the legal system seems to spend as much time destroying innocent individuals and declaring the patently guilty innocent as it does dealing out real justice.

I can't imagine the hysteria pervading this jury, but if you're the lone person holding to sanity, it must seem like a no-win. Retrial and conviction don't seem likely, but only the truth really matters.
I'm absolutely in the same place - pharmas are profiting off mental health while failing to offer any net benefit - but the real failure of the medical-industrial-complex in Lindsay Clancy's case is that they thought they could medicate a criminally insane woman into normalcy.

1) They tried to knowingly keep us locked down longer precisely to prolong the suffering by purposefully stifling the path to herd immunity all the more.
2) The introduction of the toxic genetic serums not only prolonged the suffering but made it worse. Or as @RMConservative describes it, "The more you inject the more you infect."
I'm suspicious of #ChristianNationalism; I can't say it's fundamentally flawed, but it has dubious adherents.
That said, the western church (protestant, evangelical, or catholic) is mostly hyper-feminized, but refuses to self-evaluate as men turn elsewhere.
Phil Johnson's recent tirade against a caricature of #ChristianNationalism is a perfect example of one major reason why a lot of (especially young) Christian men are flocking to less than wonderful guides and sources.
If solid Christian leaders don't start figuring out how to argue more honestly and humbly about a Christian engagement with a kind of social and political power that is divergent from the egalitarian theory of the last few generations, then don't be surprised when your young men start wearing Crusader gear and crying out for a Christian monarch.
Given the choice between anarcho-tyrannical, anti-Christian paganism and some form of nominal-Christian theocracy (the only two options Phil and critics like him seem to think we have at the moment), many would choose the latter. And who can blame them?

RFK Jr. is calling out Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro after the governor announced two reported measles deaths in Lancaster County deaths. Kennedy says the county coroner has NO record of them.
“The announcement appears to have been premature, and the deaths may even have been altogether fabricated,” Kennedy said, noting that state law requires measles deaths to be reported to the coroner.
Kennedy accused Shapiro of reviving the same tactics used during COVID: “fearmongering, misinformation, finger-pointing, and the weaponization of infectious disease fears for political gain.”
He also criticized the media for rushing to amplify the governor’s claims without first verifying the facts.
“Governor Shapiro got his headlines,” Kennedy said. “He correctly gambled that the slavish mainstream media would dutifully amplify his scolding without any effort to check his facts.”
