Listen, idiot. The entire world has had slavery for thousands of years. Why didn't all of the other countries become rich and powerful like the United States? They had slavery too. Isn't that the "secret sauce" to a nation's economic success, according to you and other DEI scholars? Let me help you do something we call "thinking." The industrialized northern states defeated the southern agrarian states and ended the abominable practice at a time when slavery was still common around the world. Not only that, but if you bothered to do this thing we call "read," you would know the Founders abhorred slavery and devised ways to ultimately end it. Indeed, the Declaration of Independence itself contains the philosophical seeds to end slavery, and Thomas Jefferson himself, who inherited slaves, wrote a draft declaration condemning it. You know what got in the way of ending slavery right then and there? Real-world politics. if the northern states and the southern states did not reach a compromise, the entire union would fall apart and become vulnerable to predatory European powers. I know it's much more fun for you to smugly revise history to fit your asinine narratives, but do us all a service and stop weighing in on subjects you are not qualified to discuss in the court of public opinion. You look like an absolute fool and it would behoove you for us to simply assume that rather than to know it.
America was built on the institution of slavery. It is how America became a world economic power — the buying and selling of people being tied to the economy. That is effectively white supremacy, since it was a race-based system. Fast forward to other economic policies that were guided by race — housing, employment, etc. There were rules that prevented Black people from equally participating in the free economy. In fact, one of the most glaring features of American capitalism is racial inequality. The racial wealth gap exists because specific policies were put in place to suppress economic participation. So yes, capitalism is tied to white supremacy.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
America's economy was not built on slavery. Enslaved labor produced roughly 10-13% of GNP around 1860, with cotton at 5-6%. U.S. dominance came from post-1865 Northern industrialization, long after abolition. city-journal.org/article/slaver… aeaweb.org/articles?id=10…

This dude doesn’t know jack shit about the 1980s in America—and Jack left town. I was a teenager when the ’80s ended, and it was an INCREDIBLE time to be alive. No social-media rage farming. The Miracle on Ice kicked off the decade, and the Berlin Wall and communism came crashing down at the end. Reagan putting up monster GDP growth numbers. Pre-woke MTV. Indiana Jones. No men in women’s bathrooms. And much, much more. The ’80s TORE IT UP. Friends don’t let friends fall for Hollywood propaganda. God bless America—and God bless the ’80s! 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Ryan Reynolds says ’80s nostalgia “paves over all the trauma” of the “tumultuous” decade: “The 80s was a brutal, brutal time for people. It was a fucking mess and people forget that. It was a tremendous strife. Socio political tensions everywhere. We were still pretty fresh off a Cuban missile crisis, which was only 15-20 years before. It’s a tumultuous period, but you look back at it now and you’re like, ‘Oh, yeah. ‘Top Gun.’ Cocaine!’ Like, ‘No!’ It was really scary.” In Apple TV’s “Mayday,” Reynolds stars as a U.S. Navy pilot who builds an unlikely friendship with an eccentric ex-KGB agent (Kenneth Branagh) obsessed with ’80s American culture. wp.me/pc8uak-1lHH16

This is chilling. Well done to Nate Friedman - he took people right onto the streets in this part of NY & allowed them to experience it with him Good for him for asking relevant questions & listening to the answers. Should be the most basic standard of all journalism but sadly today we are surrounded by cowards & political operatives who dominate much of the media.
I am releasing my documentary on the Islamic takeover of Manhattan. I speak to the Islamic Council of America's leadership in the lower east side and they say if you're a good human being you should have no issue waking up to the call to prayer in NYC. I uncover hundreds of thousands of dollars of foreign money from Morocco and other muslim countries funneled into this Lower East Side mosque just by speaking to people there. You'll see close to 500 bikes outside this mosque since most of the African delivery drivers in Manhattan are Muslim. They're giving illegal haircuts out on the street right outside a playground, making it virtually unusable for NYC families. A man from Pakistan running a halal shop across from the mosque tells me they voted for Mamdani only because he's a muslim and that they "of course" want the call to prayer at 5 in the morning. Some locals have already marked this area as a no go zone and they tell me that. The best way to support my reporting is to subscribe on X. If you want to know exactly what the locals think as well as hear from the migrants themselves, the 2nd half of the documentary is out on YouTube right now.

Jacksonville cops just stopped a man from giving away FREE BIBLES on a public street. Not selling. Not screaming. Not blocking the road. Just handing people a book. This is what “public safety” looks like now. They’ll let open-air drug markets run for years. They’ll ignore smash-and-grabs. But a guy with a stack of Bibles? That’s the emergency. If this is allowed to stand, the First Amendment is just a suggestion in Florida. I get that you may not want some guy handing you a Bible, but should this really be illegal or prohibited? Why? Would any other religious book be allowed to be handed out?

🇺🇸 A Christian pastor just went OFF on Dearborn’s Muslim city council members... "You're only 1% of this nation. We are not a nation of Muslims, we are a nation of Christians." He stormed the meeting and accused them of pushing Sharia law in the United States. He said the city has already been 'lost' to foreign laws and that enough is enough... Writer: Samuel

HOLY COW This needs to break the Internet. @JamesOKeefeIII went to Alaska during the primary on August 18th & Election Day Workers were ready to hand him Brian Murkowski’s ballot! Brian Murkowski is the bother of Senator Lisa Murkowski. Yes, the same Senator AGAINST the SAVE America Act — who won’t support photo voter ID & proof of citizenship to vote. You can’t make this up! If you live in Alaska, please share this with everyone you know & ask them to peacefully call, email, & contact Senator Murkowski’s office. Please also make a plan to vote ✅ YES to Ballot Measure 2 to DEFEAT Ranked Choice Voting this November. This is a massive, earth-shattering story. Our elections aren’t secure & the Senate is doing nothing about it.

Every republican voter in that district should do this. Bring 8 random people with them to vote. Do this over and over. Force a failure in the system and watch them struggle and complain.

IT’S SO EASY TO COMMIT FRAUD IN MINNESOTA! Everyone in America needs to see this. It’s arguably one of the most important videos of 2026. @JamesOKeefeIII & @camhigby exposed Minnesota’s vouching system, where 1 registered voter serves as the “ID” for 8 other persons. Our elections are broken.

CAUGHT INSIDE MINNEAPOLIS POLLING BOOTHS: Minnesota Poll Workers Tell O’Keefe, Dressed in Muslim Garb, & @camhigby, in a Burka, That They Can Vouch for Eight Unregistered Voters Without ID, Allowing Them to Vote in Minnesota Primary Election Election worker says, “You’re the ID,” referring to the registered voter serving as identification for the people they are vouching for. Election worker confirms O’Keefe’s question about unregistered voters being vouched for: “I can vouch for them. They are not registered… That’s okay. That’s fine. Yeah!” Election worker explains that a registered voter in the same precinct can vouch for up to eight people: “If you’re all in the same precinct and you are already registered, you can vouch for them as ID. Eight people.” More reports coming soon from the Justice League. @realmuckraker @anthonyjrubin @camhigby @ctznjusticelg

Free speech worked before we allowed a flood of anti-American anti-capitalist foreign adversaries to infiltrate our country through birthright citizenship and mass migration to wage psychological warfare on the American public. Hasan Piker is the result of birthright citizenship. This is what you get.
