Maybe about to watch my favorite soccer/football team play for the first time ever in-person. I might be a little excited. #ChelseaTillIDie #southbendisblue
@PLSpeech arrived at the 2024 National @speechanddebate Tournament on Sunday. After two days of fierce competition, we are eagerly awaiting results to see who will advance to Octa-finals! Stay tuned!
@PLSpeech is all done at Nationals 2024. Katie Weaver finished 22nd in Drama, the top speaker in her category from MN. Here are the other results:
Makenzie: 34 in Poetry
Chloe: 44 in Prose
Makenzie: 79 in Prose
Alex did not break finals but was competitive in both categories.
All for girls finished in the top 35% in at least one of their categories if not both. Keep in mind this event only qualifies the top 4% in the nation to start.
These girls are elite speakers! Thanks to Alex for her leadership. The future is bright for PL Speech #bestyet
