I traced out an old NASA blueprint of Rocketdyne F-1 (the rocket engine that put humans on the Moon) and laser-engraved it on wood. It looks (and smells) amazing and you can hang it on your wall β¨

This is to quickly verify that this part (@beamvalley poster thingy that allows you to hang it on a nail/screw) is etched to the correct depth - not too deep, not too shallow

Today, I'm cutting large sheets of birch plywood into 400x300 blanks for laser engraving posters.
The sheets are of unfortunate size so they require some𧩠to fit 4 blanks efficiently

Donβt know if Iβve shared this before so here goes. This is a gas generator injector for a Rocketdyne H-1. The elements are unlike triplet, LOX center. Thatβs a lot of fuel!
