In your automations, using standardized file naming conventions and templates allows you to parse the filename and route files. e.g. CLIENT_PROJECT_YYYY-MM-DD

Lotta people think CRM automation doesn't work because they try it once and it hurts the relationship. This means they approached it all wrong. Automation is relationships-at-scale. So if you automated the thing(s) you are already doing manually, it will work for you.
