After the first few dozen reports there should have been Emergency Action Teams racing to visit Service Centers with exemplar MY's, with each team dissecting the cars until they found the root cause--that would take a few hours or perhaps a few days
The Model Y is arguably their most important current product, and the formerly best-selling vehicle of ANY kind for two years or so, and yet Tesla continues month after month after month to pump the planet full of MY's that will soon require extensive, hours-long, re-work at SCs
a gross customer service failure that grows worse by the day.
What I don't understand is how a company filled with some of the smartest people on the planet allows this sort of BS to continue, with not a SINGLE WORD from the CEO or ANY executive.
