This act of kindness was too much 😢 this lovely lady works at a @marksandspencer @BP_plc Petrol station and receives abuse daily. I sent her a £50 Amazon voucher as an act of kindness. 🙂👑💜 I think it made her happy 🥰 #bekind #COVIDkindness #COVID19 @ladbible @GMB @pulte

We continue to spread a little kindness. The Oldbury custody station tuck shop kindly donated funds to support the annual @SikhToy. One of our custody Sgts with his three little helpers delivered toys to the charity who will distribute to children 🎁 #festivevibes #toysandtots

#actsofkindness throw out roots in all directions, those roots spring up and make new trees. A random act of kindness should be carried out with no expectation of reward. I want you to be selfless and nominate a person or a charity that you feel deserves £1000. #giveaway

Surprising two amazing ladies, two #NHSheroes that sadly lost a colleague this week. It seems my random act of #kindness cheered them up. Thank you to all key workers and #NHS support staff, you’re amazing #NHSThankYou #bekindking #kindnesspandemic

Meet Carla, a Manager at Wetherby’s @AldiUK. When Carla heard that two children had their scooter and bike stolen she dropped a brand new scooter and gifts to their house and also paid for an elderly persons shopping when their card didn’t work! #RT and let’s get #Aldi to see ⬇️

Please join forces with @Freshfieldsresc and be a voice for all those forgotten animals in rescue who are suffering just as much as humans right now, but without the emergency funding others are entitled to. #NoAnimalLeftBehind 🐾🐾

Please meet Reg, an 85 year old #veteran that was sadly living in squalor. Too proud to ask for help, Reg was struggling. The @NetworkWmp and a team of amazing people transformed Reg’s house. I am proud to have donated bedding, duvet, pillows, cutlery, pots and pans etc. #bekind
