In my opinion Doctors should also study levels of fitness training to be able to advise and prevent people from getting sick not to just prescribe medicine once is to late !

One thing i learned from getting old is to be surrounded by positive people who you know will charge you with energy and optimism.Negativity is a monster that lingers on and pounce on you when least you expected!

A brilliant splash of late 60s colour at the bottom of Parliamentary Rd where it meets Buchanan St. On the left you can see Stevenson Taylor's bar, while the Chevalier Casino was out of shot on the right hand corner.
