As it grows, it can rupture the fallopian tube and cause life-threatening internal bleeding. The treatment is medication, surgery, or careful medical monitoring in specific cases—not magically saving a pregnancy that cannot survive. Yes, there may be cardiac activity. That does NOT mean the pregnancy can survive to birth. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists explicitly confirms these facts. So here's a question: What exactly do you think doctors are supposed to save when the pregnancy cannot survive, but delaying treatment can kill the woman carrying it? This isn't a matter of opinion.
