Great to catch up with Will on livestream singing as part of a jazz mass with the choir of the American Cathedral in Paris on Sunday. Great combo and soloist. An Ellington inspired project @ClarkTracey1

Now settling into the holiday after an enjoyable music tour to Paris last week. Pictures over @STP13_18Music. A lovely group of pupils and supportive, highly capable colleagues. Some excellent venues and lots of sightseeing along the way. @YorkMinChoir
I'm looking forward to leading our school tour to Paris. Sacred/classical repertoire at Chartres and La Madeleine and pop/jazz ensembles at Disney and the Jardin de Luxembourg. Lots of sight-seeing for the pupils to do as well! Tours are always so important. @YorkMinChoir
Excellent evening last night hearing La Rondine. Very fine singing and playing and it was lovely to hear former pupil @HarrisonGration. Congratulations to @Howard_on_opera and all involved.
We’ve had a lovely week in Suffolk, staying at Snape. It’s such a joy to get away, much as I love York and my work at school. Fantastic weather and some beautiful sunsets.
We had our Whole Foundation Concert in York Minster today. 230 children (Year 2 to U6th) performing choral, orchestral and chamber music. It is a massive operation to make it all safe and fluent but it was an incredible event. Thanks to everyone @York_Minster. @YorkMinChoir.
Last week we had Evensong at St John’s, Cambridge with my Chapel Choir. They sang really well and it was a very special occasion. Many thanks to @Vicky_ljohnson and their staff for their warm welcome. I am now further East at Aldeburgh enjoying the sunset for half-term.
I'm looking forward to taking my Chapel Choir to Cambridge on Monday to sing at St John's College. The choir have worked very hard on this and are singing well so I am optimistic! @YorkMinChoir
Good to see this video @NLACappella released today. WMK singing at the very bottom of the texture!

We had a lovely Carol Service @York_Minster today. Thanks to all the staff for helping as always. Joys Seven arranged by Richard Shephard was a highlight and the Cornelius ‘Three Kings’ sung by Oli @YorkMinChoir. It has been such a busy period but the pupils have done so well.
This is very kind Ben. It is sad to lose two such talented colleagues at the end of term but the legacy they leave behind will endure. The cast and crew have been fantastic. There was such a joyful atmosphere amongst them during the run, which means we have succeeded!
What an epic show! @STP13_18Music & @StPetersDrama hitting new heights with Guys & Dolls. Congratulations to cast, musicians, crew & staff on a stellar performance, a fitting finale for STP legends Mr Spencer & @SLBdesigner

I'm looking forward to taking the Chapel Choir down to @York_Minster on Monday 10 November to sing Evensong. Always a lovely occasion and a connection we are very fortunate to have at St Peter's. @YorkMinChoir

We have completed the choir auditions for all Year 9 and the School Choir is at 163. I inherited a big, inclusive choir from my predecessor and I'm delighted we are able to maintain it. It takes a lot of energy to run but it's very rewarding and I hope enjoyable for them!
Through results season and my GCSE musicians did particularly well this year, congratulations to them. I'm looking forward to another packed term as I start my 20th year at St Peter's. Highlights will include our production of Guys and Dolls and Evensong @York_Minster on 10 Nov.
Really enjoyed two shows at Edinburgh fringe @NLACappella. I might be biased but highly recommended! Great to hear a new arrangement of Will’s included. Such a great vibe and togetherness in this group @durham_uni.
Please pass this round to OP singers. Usual email to reach me.

Back in Snape but now with our adult children joining when they can. A new era but at least they still want to come over!
Some big, broad repertoire in our Commemoration Service this morning with music by Howells (Collegium Regale - Jubilate), Lloyd 'Great Lord of Lords' and Stanford Psalm 150. Thanks to all the singers, brass ensemble and of course my colleague Mr Wright. Time for a break now.
It was also good to hear @GarethBarlow speaking so well on individuality and originality.
