We are extremely saddened to learn of the passing of Cllr Imelda Clancy. Basildon Labour Councillor’s thoughts are with her family. Imelda was someone who everyone, no matter their party affiliation, couldn’t help but like. She will be sorely missed by all at @BasildonCouncil.

Please take part in the consultation on the #Basildon Youth Zone with the brilliant @OnSideYZ. We have a once in a generation chance to invest in the lifetimes of children across our borough. We cannot miss it. Go to Basildon.gov.UK/YZConsult #BelieveInBasildon

There’s a clear dividing live in #Basildon between the @BasBoroAlliance Councillors who are investing in the lifetimes of our young people and putting them first, and the @BasildonTories who continue to vote against this brilliant Youth Zone initiative. We #BelieveInBasildon.

Fantastic result for us tonight in #Basildon. Huge thank-you to everyone who helped us!
