UPDATE: i have found the solution to getting your ace trainer card!!
if your name is on the ace trainer list for the 2025 season (not the one that just ended) and you haven’t received it yet, call METRO PRESORT!!
they’re the shipping partner that pokémon is using for the ace trainer cards. i called their phone number and spoke directly to someone in customer support, they looked up my name, saw me on the list and they’re sending it out next week. FINALLY 🥹

As of today, @TheShuffleSquad is shutting down. Every river runs its course, and we are proud of what we were able to accomplish during our time with the community. We saw success, failure, and everything in between.
We want to thank the Pokémon community for supporting us for all of these years, and all of our players who contributed to our organization. We wish everyone nothing but the best as they go forward onto their next chapter, wherever that may take them.

I’ll continue to use my platform to support our whole community whether it’s those who need to just eat or if they are part of the LGBTQ+ or anyone who needs an additional voice when they feel unheard.
Rights, kindness, and being welcome in the community are the pure basic necessities we should all aim towards. We all enjoy Pokemon for some reason or another, we shouldn’t let random bullshit get in the way of that.
