C-DAC should be granted a budget of $50 Billion to spend in next 5 Year to build India's Hyperscaler, AWS Azure killer basically with AMD EPYC Processor and AgraniLabs CUDA Compatible GPU. @AshwiniVaishnaw . Don't sell out sovereignty.

7.2 Tbps core routing is an elite club. Tata– Tejas– Saankhya among the more consequential domestic deals. Doesn’t look the part, but D2M is a NatSec play. Saankhya brought SDR and chip-design capabilities, including D2M receiver tech.
Global OEMs have little incentive to adapt flagship platforms when cellular data is the business model. Domestic players can build India-specific SKUs for niche, compliance-driven deployments: public safety, emergency alerts and broadcast access without mobile data.

1. TJ1400-18E (7.2T Aggregation & Core Router) means 7.2 TBPS switching capacity. Only Nokia ,Ericsson & Cisco only possessed the R&D capabilities to build core routing silicon & software stable enough to run national-scale telecom networks without crashing for 5G & beyond

#IITDelhi Researchers Develop First Indigenously Designed Micro-Graphics Processing Unit (GPU)
The #microGPU architecture developed by IIT Delhi researchers will enable indigenous graphics and display-processing systems for embedded applications.
The project, led by M.Tech students Nammi Akash and M. Ravi Teja under the guidance of Prof. Jayadeva and Prof. Kaushik Saha from the Electrical Engineering Department, IIT Delhi, has demonstrated programmable graphics rendering using a custom floating-point GPU engine implemented entirely in Register Transfer Language (RTL) and mapped to a Spartan-7 Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) platform.
“To the best of our knowledge, this is the first working, demonstrable indigenously designed micro-GPU from a university in India,” the researchers stated.
The hardware architecture is a scalable programmable graphics processor IP suitable for applications such as industrial control displays, low-cost human-machine interfaces, e-rickshaw dashboard navigators, inland-water navigation terminals for small fishing boats, educational e-book readers, and other affordable embedded visualization systems. It may be mapped to silicon ASIC or programmable hardware such as FPGAs.
The team is exploring a roadmap towards an 8–16 core vector-style graphics processor architecture with an optimized compiler and graphics software toolchain, along with eventual migration to a proof of concept at a 65nm ASIC process node. The researchers believe that mature semiconductor process nodes such as 65 nm can potentially enable economically viable and practically useful indigenous graphics silicon for embedded systems applications.

Momentum investing is not about chasing stocks
It’s about identifying institutional demand, liquidity, leadership early & most importantly riding your winners.

Quick commerce’s 10-minute promise DOES NOT put pressure on gig workers, and it DOESN’T lead to unsafe driving. Why? (3/5)
The most common concern is that faster delivery promises translate into pressure on delivery partners to drive unsafely. That isn’t how the system operates.
Firstly, delivery partners are not shown customer-facing time promises. There is no “10-minute timer” or countdown in the delivery app.
10 mins or faster deliveries are primarily due to our stores being closer to customers and not by higher speeds on the road.
In 2025, the average distance travelled per order on Blinkit was 2.03 km. Average driving time was ~8 minutes, which implies an average speed of ~16 km/h.
On Zomato, where delivery times are longer, average driving speeds in 2025 were ~21 km/h.
As you can see, average driving speeds are broadly similar across Zomato and Blinkit: 10 vs 30 min delivery time is not affected by driving speed.
Road safety, I agree, remains one of the hardest challenges in any logistics ecosystem. Which needs to be solved with shared responsibility across road builders, rule enforcers, customers and delivery partners alike, regardless of the platform they work with.
