when you hate boomers but someone suggests a party that would actually bring the boomer’s house prices down

restore britain. net negative migration, no stamp duty for brits, less planning red tape, no student loan interest so young people can save a deposit. and their voters skew young, 5% of under 40s vs 2% of over 70s per yougov. not a boomer party

mass migration is a subsidy for boomer house prices. deportations cut it. and boomerwaffen parties like reform aren’t right wing it’s really not hard to grasp

bad analogy, aid is 0.8% of the deficit, immigration's added 21% to house prices by govt numbers, 30%+ since 2016. migration is to housing what pensions are to the budget, i'm suuure you'd cut pensions you're boomercattle propping up the boomer communism you moan about

it literally says "house prices" mate. page 4, "21 per cent increase in house prices". you'd know if you'd read it

i get monkey no understand but jeez my claim: more people = more demand = higher prices. you just agreed. so cutting the numbers takes pressure off. that's it, that's the whole argument thank you for playing

page 4: between 1991 and 2016 the foreign-born population grew by 4.8m, and that alone added 21% to house prices. since 2016 net migration's added another 3.7m in under 10 years. a faster rate. stop spewing shit on the internet when you know fuck all about what you’re talking about
