For the final cook 🇦🇪 of a cracking @F1 season, I cooked Persian Lamb. It was a fantastic meal, one of my fave of 2021, but the milk-fed lamb from @BascoFineFoods really blew me away! The recipe and method are now up on the website. love2bbq.co.uk/persian-lamb/
