Questions about evidence integrity should never be brushed aside. Tim Barton has raised similar concerns in his own federal case and continues asking for the complete record to be examined. @TbartonDallas
🚨🚨 BREAKING: FBI Director Kash Patel and CIA Director John Ratcliffe have just RELEASED A TROVE OF DOCUMENTS PROVING THAT THE FBI PLANTED AND TAMPERED WITH EVIDENCE DURING THEIR RAID OF PRESIDENT TRUMP’S MAR-A-LAGO HOME. They also knew that they didn’t have probable cause to raid his home in the first place, but the Biden administration put enormous pressure on them to raid President Trump’s home anyway. A senior Biden official was quoted as saying, “I don’t give a shit what the optics look like.” The case was all a BIG LIE - And Jack Smith and his team fabricated the entire thing. The criminal cases against President Trump were the Biden administration’s own version of Russiagate: It was a coup attempt meant to take down President Trump and prevent him from his inevitable return to The White House by illegally weaponizing the justice system against their political opponent. Each and every one of them should spend the rest of their lives in federal prison for this HIGH TREASON. God Bless Kash Patel and John Ratcliffe for EXPOSING THE TRUTH IN THESE BOMBSHELL DOCUMENTS.

When a public narrative hardens before the evidence is fully tested, the damage can last for years. Tim Barton has lived that reality and continues to fight for the record to be heard. @TbartonDallas

Trevor Milton raises serious questions about alleged FBI misconduct. Tim Barton has also called for independent scrutiny of his SEC and DOJ cases. The records deserve examination. @TbartonDallas
Breaking news. You don't want to miss this. An @FBI was committing security fraud, tampering with evidence and abstructing justice. My entire indictment was so an FBI agent could get rich shorting Nikola stock while targeting witnesses. Watch now!

When confidence in a judge’s impartiality is questioned, the record deserves scrutiny. Tim Barton has raised similar concerns in his own case for years. @TbartonDallas
NEW: The Trump administration has moved to disqualify Judge Ana Reyes from a lawsuit over renovations at a DC golf course, accusing her of hostility toward the administration, improper treatment of government lawyers, and disregard for separation of powers.

This is the question Tim Barton keeps raising: what happens when someone reports suspected wrongdoing, cooperates with authorities, and later finds himself under federal scrutiny? Speaking up should not come at the cost of your livelihood, family, and right to due process. @TbartonDallas
Read this whole letter and then tell me why anybody would ever blow the whistle. Everett Stern watched billions move for cartels and terrorists at HSBC, documented every bit of it, and took it to the FBI, the CIA and the SEC. The bank paid $1.92 billion, about five weeks of its profit, and not one banker was charged. Everett lost his career, his savings and his name, slept on a camping cot and waited tables to eat. Now Bank of America just admitted it willfully broke the Bank Secrecy Act on more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, fourteen years later, and once again not one individual is charged. I know the cost of speaking up. Discrediting, slander, bullying, death threats, sanctions, a crooked judiciary full of activist rotted judges, and let's not forget the toll on your family while they smile and no one is held accountable… the whistleblower becomes the victim while the rot gets a fine, a press release and a bonus. Here is the reality. Every person inside that bank watched what happened to Everett and learned the lesson. The last one who told the truth is the only policy anybody believes, and that is exactly how corruption gets rewarded and evil gets to thrive. This is the true cost of standing for truth against bad people. @SecScottBessent, you said no institution is above the law. Then refer the executives for prosecution and put a banker in handcuffs.

If the SEC wants credibility, it should examine past cases with the same openness it now promises. Tim Barton’s case is one place to start. @TbartonDallas

When trust in the courts is questioned, transparency matters even more. @TbartonDallas's case is a reminder that judicial accountability and due process must apply in every courtroom.
🚨 BREAKING: COVER-UP AT THE COLORADO SUPREME COURT 🚨 A press release sent directly to the Colorado State Legislature exposes alleged criminal behavior and a high-level cover-up at the highest levels of the state judiciary. It all dates back to May 2019, when a formal complaint was brought against Adams County Court Judge Leroy Kirby—who was serving as Chair of the Colorado Commission on Judicial Discipline. Instead of accountability, the system protected its own. The captured apparatus is falling apart, and the receipts are out. Read For Yourself

When powerful institutions control what the public gets to see, trust suffers. @TbartonDallas has spent years asking for the full record in his own case. Transparency should never be optional.
Are you aware that China paid CBS to facilitate the overthrow of the United States government on November 3, 2020? @C__Herridge: “CBS executives deliberately buried the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020 to overthrow the U.S. government and then ordered her [Catherine Herridge] to wait until after the 2022 midterms to help the Democratic Party.” In other words, not only did Christopher Wray have conclusive forensic evidence, but so did CBS. By the way, the 51 intelligence officials should be tried for the crime of sedition.

Tim Barton has described the same early-morning raid in his own case. These tactics deserve scrutiny, especially when families are pulled into the fallout. @TbartonDallas
This happen to myself Jeff Clark and many others as well. The 5 am raid on a Friday is not in the protocol of how the FBI is to do a white collar intake. Bartonreceivership.net

This is why @TbartonDallas keeps telling his story. Government investigations reach homes, families and children. Due process and accountability matter.
"They were tracking my wife, my son, who was a minor." President Trump blasts the Biden-era Justice Department after newly declassified records shed more light on the FBI's actions ahead of the 2022 Mar-a-Lago search. Trump calls it a "disgrace" and accuses Merrick Garland and his DOJ of weaponizing the government against him and people around him. The newly released material shows FBI personnel tracked Trump family travel and that agents inside the Washington Field Office raised concerns as DOJ officials pursued the investigation.

When federal officials are warning about PRC-directed activity on American soil, it raises an important question in Mr. Barton’s case. @TbartonDallas The @SECGov says Michael Fu, a Chinese national, brought in mostly Chinese investors and operated through a Hangzhou company he controlled. Were the true sources of those funds, the intermediaries involved, and any potential PRC or CCP-linked relationships ever fully investigated?
The Chinese government allegedly sent an operative to surveil the family of Taiwan’s President ON AMERICAN SOIL — photos, video, license plates — then she tried to hop a flight back to Shanghai. Wrong move. FBI Los Angeles arrested Wanying Zhang at LAX on charges of acting as an unregistered agent of the PRC. Foreign adversaries take note: America is NOT your playground. Under President Trump’s leadership, this FBI is hunting national security threats wherever they hide — and putting them in cuffs. -DKP🇺🇸

An alleged PRC agent working in U.S. real estate raises a broader question: how thoroughly are foreign-linked real-estate investment networks being examined? In Mr. Barton’s case, the SEC says Michael Fu, a Chinese national, helped bring in mostly Chinese investors and operated through a company he controlled in Hangzhou. Were the ultimate sources of those funds, the intermediaries involved, and any potential PRC or CCP-linked relationships ever fully examined? @TbartonDallas
We just arrested a Chinese foreign agent at LAX attempting to depart for China. Wanying Zhang, aka “Heather,” 34, of Irvine, was arrested today by @FBILosAngeles on a federal complaint charging her with acting as an unregistered agent of the People’s Republic of China. According to the affidavit, Zhang traveled to Seattle in 2025 and, at the direction of PRC officials, surveilled a close relative of a Taiwanese government official, sending photos, videos, and license plate information to those officials. She coordinated the trip with an associate and used tradecraft to avoid detection. She never notified the Attorney General she was acting for a foreign government, a federal offense. She will appear in federal court in Los Angeles tomorrow for her initial appearance. Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
