When you mark it but aren’t responsible for cutting it. FML. 🫣

Trying to knock off the worm casts as it’s been dry all day with a bit of wind. Absolute pain on the arse these things. Can feel rain spots as he types. 🫣

Amos Lane all set for @WednesfieldCFC v @WolvesCassies tomorrow. Anyone got a red, black & green scarf? Asking for a friend. 😬

Fixed up as best as I can after last nights u18’s match, all ready for tonight’s @WolvesCassies cup game. Game no.19 for the pitch so far. Hang in there baby! 😬🙏

Prepping the @WolvesCassies pitch ahead of u18’s on it Tuesday night then 1st team Weds. 😬

Heavy rain during last nights reserve team match saw some deep foot holes and tears. Jumped on it this afternoon before divots dried out and she’s now ready for Saturday. Wish conditions just stayed like this now but that’d be too easy. 🌞💦🌱

I think the Lebanon Proscape granular fert applied ten days ago has kicked in! Thank you @Pitchcare and in particular Andy Muir for your guidance and advice as always. 🌱⚽️👍🏼

Pitch almost prepped for tomorrow @WolvesCassies hosting @StudleyFC in the Vase. Just this bastad lino run that is a total dust bowl to try and paint. 🫣 Hey MIB any chance of running behind the line rather than on it? Asking for a friend. 😉

Fertiliser applied two weeks back, a thorough clean out of the dead and unwanted profile build up and an overseed earlier this week are all helping in the right direction albeit we’ve a way to go. 🌱🌞💦⚽️

Gotta enjoy these days as we’ll be piss wet through and cold before we know it. ⚽️🌞🙏

Some nice feedback. 👏🏼

Lines re-strung after I went a little wonky in last weeks biblical rain. Fertiliser applied a few weeks back is bringing on a deeper colour. Work to be done thickening it up though. 🌱⚽️👍🏼

The pitch @WolvesCassies played quite well Saturday albeit still thin as my hairline in places. Now prepping to host Walsall u17’s v Sheff Utd u17’s tomorrow night. Happy B/H folks! 🙄

Exactly 21 days apart and a whole load of graft. Nowhere near where I want it to be but we do what we can with what we’ve got. 🌱⚽️

The rain’s finally finished bouncing so trying to prep for Saturday before it’s starts again. Tomorrow’s forecast not much better. 🫣

Gave the old lady a tickle last night before the forecast rain hit. Constant battle against wee burns but wouldn’t be without them! 🐾❤️

It’s been a tough few months BUT, I’m hoping we’ve navigated the worst and things will continue to improve. 🌱⚽️🙏 Ready to welcome @CheadleNomads to @WednesfieldCFC tomorrow in the @nwcfl. Here’s to a cracker of a game. ⚽️👌🏼 #grassmatters

3.5 hour drive each way but well worth it to support my old club, 25 years on and still pals. Absolutely brilliant day. Roll on Tenerife in October. 🏌️‍♂️⛳️😎
