Just in, ride along with the 3km @BaronWeather model for Isaias.
A tad west than other guidance, but I like the look as it comes in. Wind shear & dry air eats away at the left side of the storm. Despite that, should be a line of supercells with tornado risk into Alabama, Mississippi especially Saturday PM.

🚨 August is National Emergency Management Awareness Month! 🚨
Disasters are inevitable — catastrophes don't have to be.
Behind every well-coordinated response is an emergency manager who's been preparing long before the storm ever formed: mapping hazards, building partnerships, staging resources, and keeping communities running when it matters most.
Governor McMaster made it official for South Carolina too, proclaiming August 2026 as Emergency Management Awareness Month and recognizing the emergency managers who "establish and maintain the capabilities necessary to effectively direct, coordinate, and support emergency and disaster response and recovery efforts."
This month, join us in thanking the emergency managers protecting lives, budgets, and public trust — in our cities, counties, state, schools, hospitals, private sector and beyond.

Wrapping up a fantastic week at Esri ES3 and the User Conference! These events are always a highlight—an opportunity to reconnect with friends and colleagues, exchange ideas, and explore how we can collaborate more effectively.
In case you missed it: Baron Weather has expanded its partnership with Esri . A package of our data is now available for purchase directly through Esri, making it easier than ever to integrate weather intelligence into ArcGIS workflows—no separate vendor relationship required. That’s a game changer.
Excited to continue building on this momentum and supporting the emergency management and public safety community in planning, response, and critical decision-making.
Until next year, San Diego…
