Most things that get inscribed on Bitcoin will be forgotten. That’s not a bad thing — it’s part of any creative explosion. But if you want to understand what might endure, you need a way to separate experimentation from innovation. Degen art often: Repeats memes without transformation. Chases price action instead of narrative. Lives only in the flip, not in the work. It can be fun, but it rarely lasts. True art on Bitcoin feels different. It pushes the medium forward. It uses Bitcoin itself — its permanence, its data, its limitations — as part of the expression.
