Frametime drops from 4.2/2.9 to 1.6 ms.
That means fresher frames and more responsive inputs.
⚠️ If your GPU is stuck at 90–99% all the time with spikes, stutters or frame drops, you're GPU bottlenecked.
In that case lock your FPS a bit under your average for stable frametimes.
🚨 NOT PLAYING WITH FPS UNLIMITED? HERE'S WHY IT ACTUALLY MATTERS
If you're not GPU bottlenecked, uncapping your FPS in games like Fortnite, Valorant or CS2 directly lowers your input latency.
More frames per second means fresher frame data reaches your display faster and your inputs feel more responsive.
⚠️ If you're GPU bottlenecked, uncapped can actually hurt you with frame drops and unstable frametimes.
Before uncapping make sure your temps are under control and you're not thermal throttling.
If all that checks out, remove the cap and feel the difference.
