Yes. Also why I'm hitching my wagon to @ItsYourGov . Actiontank, not thinktank.
This is why we are building out the law firm under @JeffClarkUS at @ItsYourGov. We knew they'd do this. Everybody did, frankly. We chose to build to help people who are doing what they can to save America from ideologically charged lawfare and harassment. Help us help them.

Move to Alabama before it’s too late. We’ve got a lot of good ole boys and gals with pickups and LOTS of guns. The Sheriffs here can deputize a whole army in about an hour.

Restaurants closing in New York ahead of the jihad coming to the Big Apple. Smart.
BREAKING: The number of restaurants in New York dropped ~2,000 YoY in Q1 2026, posting its largest YoY decline in at least 36 years. This surpasses even the worst contraction recorded in any quarter during the 2020 pandemic. The number of eating and drinking places in New York State has now declined YoY for 4 consecutive quarters, its longest streak since 2021. This comes as restaurants are facing surging operating expenses, including insurance premiums, wages, interest rates, utilities, and health coverage, with overall costs rising faster than national averages. Last year, employee health insurance costs jumped +12.9% for New York-area service firms, business insurance rose +7.0%, while utility costs surged +8.5%, according to the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. Skyrocketing costs are crushing New York restaurants.

Didn’t agree with all he said, but this was really something.

The past few days, I got my hands on thousands of new transcripts and hundreds of recordings, thanks to leads from @SKDoubleDub33 and @iamlisalogan . You've heard that the DSA is proposing structural reforms to America, including abolishing the Senate and imposing term limits. What you not have heard is - there is an operational plan to put it all into action. If the Democratic Party sweeps 2026, then DSA will become "foot soldiers" in constant clashes with the administration to cross a "red line" or invoke a "doomsday scenario" - meaning, President Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, probably sometime in 2027. Then, a lot of coordinated responses kick off, including delegitimizing the federal government itself and handing that legitimacy to Democratic governors. 2028 then becomes a vote on whether to keep America governance as-is or to burn it all down to appease a "young and brown" demographic. The mysterious group who's been coordinating 50501, Indivisible, and coordinating the NoKings protests is called "United Democracy Alliance" and their intellectual leader is Erica Chenoweth who came up with the 3.5% rule of nonviolent regime change. Patience. I know I've hyped this more than anything else. It's genuinely the biggest discovery I've had. This is an enormous archive. This is only the beginning.

Heck of a story!
Two years ago Alex McPherson weighed 110 pounds. He had lost 55 of them. They admitted him to a hospital, and that December surgeons took out his entire large intestine. Tonight he walked onto a field in Athens with no time left on the clock and kicked a 34 yard field goal to beat the number one team in the country. Auburn 27, Georgia 24. Here is the whole thing. McPherson is from Fort Payne, Alabama. He has two brothers who kick too, and one of them, Evan, kicks for the Cincinnati Bengals. In high school Alex made a 61 yard field goal, which is still the Alabama state record. At Auburn he was close to automatic. One season he went 13 for 13. Not a single miss, all year. Then he got sick, and at first he had no idea what it was. "I thought I just had the flu or a stomach bug or something going on. My weight was down. I had lost 20 pounds." It was ulcerative colitis, and it was severe. "That week I began to feel sick, I would run to the bathroom 15-20 times a day." He played one game that entire season. One. Here is him describing the bottom of it. "I lost 55 pounds at that point. I was 110 pounds when I got admitted to the hospital." Then came the operation, and here is what he says about it now. "It changed my life." "I wouldn't be here or playing football again without the surgery." So he had to build a body back from almost nothing and then learn to kick with it. For most of the next season he was held to short attempts while his strength came back. They gave him a national courage award that December. This past summer he said this. "I think I'm kicking as good as I have since before I got sick." Now look at what this guy has actually done. In his career he has attempted 87 extra points and made 87 extra points. He has never missed one. He once put six field goals through in a single game, which tied the Auburn school record. And tonight, with the clock at zero, against a team that was ranked first in the country and had not lost, in their own stadium, with Auburn an eighteen and a half point underdog, he had a 34 yarder to win it. He made it. Now the honest part. A 34 yard field goal is a kick he is supposed to make. Kickers make those. Nobody should pretend the distance was the hard part. The hard part was everything in front of it. Two years ago he was lying in a hospital at 110 pounds and a surgeon was removing an organ from his body. Tonight he jogged out in front of a stadium full of people who wanted him to miss, put his foot through it, and walked off the field having beaten the best team in the country.

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent, My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov. The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison. I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return. I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something. Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act. Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged. Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working. A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats. This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried. There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go. Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him. I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them. This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one. Three things would change the math overnight. Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined. End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one. And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them. Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine. I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it. Respectfully, Everett A. Stern HSBC Whistleblower Founder and Intelligence Director, Tactical Rabbit

This was perhaps the most rewarding project I've done. @glennbeck has such an amazing talent for taking complexity and explaining it in a simple, easy-to-understand way. The world needs to see this!
Last week, we aired our latest special Mapping the DSA Machine, just for our Torch subscribers. After the premiere, 97% of them voted to release it to the public immediately because they believe it's too critical to keep behind a paywall this close to the midterms. And I agree. So today at 12 ET. We're dropping the entire special on YouTube. You need to see this.
