Day 18 of 90 Had a call with @kxrnel from @Jet_europa_ and @jtx_trade He works with institutions in London growing the @jito ecosystem, and coincidentally he was also the person who got @SuperteamPOL across the finish line. Some of the most actionable tips we've received so far 🫶 1) Get in touch and establish relationships with local businesses and investors (local governments, banks, associations, VCs, crypto-native companies) 2) One of the steps for Superteam Poland to become a Superteam was creating an event with over 400 people, 20+ startups, companies and VCs. (Again, how many BIG wins can you have?) 3) @SuperteamBLKN managed to get a coworking space before they became a Superteam, which helped them gather builders under one roof. 4) Superteams are a win-win for everyone, as they attract talent and capital from the outside and help the whole local ecosystem grow. (good for establishing relationships) 5) Figure out the exact strength of your local Superteam.
