Let's get right into the details 👇. 1st Priority - Systems Update & Arena Mode • Modifications to the leaderboard • Reward structure focused on loot boxes • Token support and use cases • In-game gems access game modes • Card passes + loot box unlocks • Referral system that rewards players OFO (Order Of Operations): Updated game engine to streamline game rules, card effects and interactions. Also to increase card release velocity. Arena Game Mode: A new way of playing the game, mixing the best of "Constructed" and "Random" game modes. ----- 2nd Priority - Game Polish & Retention • Improved battlefield visuals • New SFX, VFX and animations • Brand new tablet UI • Battle Replay module • Daily Login rewards • Deck sharing ----- 3rd Priority - In-Game Modules • In-game quests • In-game tournaments • In-game store phase 2 with emotes and special loot boxes ----- 4th Priority - $GOB Marketing Push: In collaboration with @BuildOnBeam, a reserve of tokens will be used to stimulate and grow DAU through in-game rewards and the referral system. ----- 5th Priority - App Stores Release: • Launching the mobile apps on the official app stores, starting with Soft Launch and then onto Global Launch. ----- As you see, we are quickly rounding the corner to exit our beta phase! GOB is at an inflection point. The team has fought tooth and nail for 2.5 years to create long-lasting, real value in Web3 gaming and not be merely a hype machine. It's starting to materialize. We're seeing more: - real gamer discussions about @PlayGoonWars - velocity with game updates (wagering coming to @BuildOnBeam) - engagement on our Twitch - excitement around tournaments - wholesome moments with players sharing feedback and game content And less of: - token talk - "wen marketing" - NFTs for the purpose of speculation The game is taking centre stage, and the community is excited to see revenue start pouring in, making GOB a genuine business. In the last week alone: - released a massive game update with new cards, effects, bug fixes, and the foundation for the wagering module (xitter.cf/PlayGoonWars/status/17…) - hosted our first in-house tournament, the GOB Team Cup, and streamed it live on Twitch to record viewership and viewer engagement - introduced our custom in-game emotes with the first one going to tournament participants, the KROASAN - saw countless wholesome moments with dormant members returning to the surprise of an awesome game being developed, as promised, and new "Web2" players joining purely for the game Continuing this strong velocity next week: - an even bigger game update with ~10 new cards, new VFX, wagering v1.0 on mainnet, and a plethora of bug fixes - a new engagement platform that features in-game assets to be won - the first partners integrated into Goon Wars - pushing our Twitch channel to even bigger heights Naturally, there is a disparity between the company's progress and our tokens' / NFTs' value. This gap will close, it's only a matter of time. A real business with real revenue (no ponzi schemes or inflated numbers) will not be easily faded. #LFGoon
