The 62nd Hidrobiológus Napok ("hydrobiologist days"), organised traditionally at our institute was a great success this year with 58 presentations and >100 participants. 😊🌊

We carried out a fish stock survey on the "Nádasmező" between Szigliget and Balatonederics. As a result, thousands of individuals of 12 fish species have been found, including the highly protected native fish species of the Central Danube River Basin, the European mudminnow.🐟🌊
