11 years of waiting, @LondonMarathon 2023 was truly amazing 🏃♂️
Put to bed the disappointment of Liverpool 18 months with a controlled run soaking up the incredible atmosphere, an experience I'll never forget ❤️
Thank you London 🥰

Even if I was marathon training, absolutely no need to be out running in these conditions, one slip and you could be out for weeks!
Indoor bike with @DefectedRecords blasting out is how this Sunday evening is going! 🚴♂️ 🎶 – at Great Yarmouth, England

Felt guilty not running my usual long run at the weekend, so decided whatever the weather, I was going out. Hail, rain and wind for the entire 10k, bring it on! @UKRunChat – at Great Yarmouth, England
Normally, the @R1Dance @BBCRadio1 yearly european dance show is decent, but I've attempted to listen to this on 3 separate occasions and it's absolutely dreadful!
Back to my @DefectedRecords radio show for this evenings workout! – at Great Yarmouth, England
