The Fed owns about $2 trillion. Foreigners own another $1 Trillion. Solvency-immune mutual funds and ETFs own about $800B. Life Insurance and Pensions funds are net beneficiaries from higher rates due to liability discounting / LDI - they own another $1 Trillion. Mortgage REITs and hedge funds another $500B. Less than 30% owned by commercial banks, the majority in large money center banks. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
Mortgage lenders will lose far more during the developing mortgage crisis than they did during all of the GFC. From 2007–2010, realized losses on defaulted mortgages totaled about $450 billion. There is currently about $8.3 trillion in outstanding fixed-rate mortgages with an average rate of 4.6% and 25 years left to maturity. Given that current rates are 7.5%, the mark-to-market losses on those mortgages are already about $2 trillion. When rates rise to 8.5%, the loss will rise to $3 trillion! That means even without a single default, on paper mortgage lenders have already lost over four times more than they lost during the GFC. That loss will grow to nearly seven times as much when mortgage rates hit 8.5%. Worse, during the GFC, since mortgage rates plunged, lenders had mark-to-market gains on all the outstanding mortgages that did not default. Since only 10% of the mortgages defaulted, those unrealized gains totaled about $1.75 trillion. That provided a huge cushion that today's mortgage lenders no longer have. In fact, when mark-to-market gains were taken into account, mortgage lenders actually made $1.3 trillion during the GFC. The current situation is therefore orders of magnitude worse. The impending disaster was created by the Federal Reserve holding interest rates so low for so long, and the FHA and GSEs guaranteeing 30-year fixed-rate mortgages, which allowed borrowers to lock in such low rates for such long durations. That sowed the seeds for the perfect storm of financial destruction that is about to hit.

Peter, you may be right. One of our staffers saw a douchebag with khaki Quince chinos and a Patagonia vest riding the L train. He tripped, and one of these fell out of his cross-body messenger bag. Don’t let go of the rope - you are on to something.
I'm not a stock market "expert" but it's absolutely without question, in my opinion, that someone is screwing with the price of @NWBO. Using what might be illegal methods to try and bankrupt a small company that's trying to help cancer patients is bad enough. But, the fact that those who should be enforcing laws against this are impotent is just as troubling. I refuse to believe that those who are doing the wrong things for the wrong reasons will win out over those who are trying to do the right things for the right reasons.

Et tu, Baggy Scott? Since we're doling out lessons, what did your Econ 101 professor tell you about comparing nominal 4-year inflation while ignoring comparative nominal income over this period? Real household income up 5%. Thank you for your attention to this matter! @SecScottBessent @SenWarren
Another day, another Econ 101 lesson for Professor Warren. Her “Trumpflation” tracker conveniently ignores the Bidenflation tidal wave that crushed American families, cherry-picks wage growth by refusing to acknowledge positive real wage gains since President Trump came into office, and swaps official medical-care CPI data for premium projections when it suits her narrative. The Harvard Square inflationista is offering a statistical sleight of hand, not a serious assessment of today’s U.S. economy. Here is the full picture, including an apples-to-apples comparison of President Trump’s real economic results measured against the failed policies Senator Warren championed under Biden.

CC: @FBI @FAANews I do not feel comfortable being on a plane with this person.
Things that make you think: Would it be considered self-defense if a tax paying American started shooting down these poison spraying planes? Like the Fort Hood shooter, will we be holding public executions for the pilots spraying this poison in our skies? Clearly this is murder or all species on planet earth.

Everything's not always about you, @kellyclarkson. @nypost
Cool, cool. Sure, it wasn’t for sale. That’s the narrative Art of Play is gonna go with 👍 so the whole conversation we had when I asked you if it was for sale whilst pointing to the price tag hanging on the wall with the title Singing Bird didn’t happen as you elevator eyed me saying in a condescending tone “yes, it’s for sale but it costs 15,000 dollars so if you’d like me to find something comparable for you I can.” That all never happened and now it’s not for sale. Okay, cool. So you’re not only rude, you’re also a liar. Got it ✅ And by the way, I obviously support small businesses because I was literally at a small business trying to purchase things. I love small businesses and know they are important and I always support them, but you don’t get a free pass to treat people less than in your store just because you are a small business. It’s not that hard to be kind. I never blast people but you my friend were an exception. Your store is really cool. Unfortunately, you aren’t.

If so, why do they defend FINRA and attack the company as if the latter halted trading and created the counterfeit shares ? Shills are ppl like Amy and her crew. It’s possible that there are ppl that are long and short at the same time. Also possible these shills sold for..

#MMTLP It’s become embarrassing watching this lady (@JunkSavvy) lead your movement. She is incapable of listening. Personally, I have no issue with her as a person, but to organize and lead? BUH-BYE? (See below) The maturity of a scorned teenager. Why, because our show doesn’t buy her narrative uncontested? As a REAL advocate, not a self serving narcissist, my suggestion is to listen to your critics. Choose a leader who doesn’t lather in drama. Trust me, it’s not helping your cause. @busybrands has done a fantastic job of getting exposure and selling your story. So, although he disagrees with me on methods, I give him credit for producing. @JunkSavvy however, needs the drama. It’s exhausting. We will “Platform” whoever we wish for whatever reason we wish. I don’t need permission from Junk🙄 And finally, we cover this story to benefit a community we believe was defrauded. By who? What’s the strategy for resolution? On what timeframe? These are questions we pursue. It’s not for clicks or engagement because we despise X. We are censored across the board. We gained 20k followers on FB in 75 days and 100 on X in 6 months. It’s censored. So, stop pretending as if we cover the story for nefarious reasons. X is irrelevant in our world and all consuming in the #MMTLP world. Have a great evening.

Baggies have PhDs now?
Basis trades are by definition delta neutral (DV01 = zero). The only way hedge funds can access this leverage is if they are perfectly hedged in the cash market. I suppose if you think the 10yr futures yield will collapse while actual deliverable 10 year UST stays flat then you have a problem. Good luck with that thesis. You clearly have no idea how this part of the market operates, despite the walkback from your initial fearmongering. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Under President Trump’s leadership, the United States is delivering on its commitments to help stabilize global energy markets. Our European partners should accelerate delivery on their existing commitments and make additional supplies immediately available to address ongoing disruptions. American farmers, truckers, and businesses should not be left carrying the burden of a global diesel shortage. America is doing its part. We look to our allies to match their commitments with action.

It’s hard to go from in love to let go in a week with no warning, but that’s just how it is sometimes 🤷🏻‍♀️ I feel happy that I got to show Elon how it feels to be deeply understood, nurtured, and peacefully loved with stability and gentleness. Given the tumultuous nature of his early life, his often tortured soul, and how hard he fights for humanity I wanted him to feel the deepest and most stable form of love this world can provide. My heart is full knowing I got to do that, and I hope it leaves a lasting good effect. We were always his safe space. A place where all of us were overjoyed to see him and one that was always full of happiness and love, not war, in contrast to his otherwise militant existence (a needed break from the battlefield where he could recharge his heart and soul before heading back out) I loved being that counterbalancing place of safety, sense of calm, and love — and delighted in bringing a smile back to his face when he was down. I will miss him dearly. I’ve loved him more than life itself and he’s taught me 100 lifetimes of knowledge and made my cup overflow with life meaning, so there is a lot of loss, but luckily we created four beautiful little loves of my life ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I am so beyond grateful for our children and they make every single day the best day of my life! I do hope and pray he and I can be great friends and coparents. I’m hurting, but care deeply about E and will always be cheering for his happiness. God speed, Elon, the world is lucky to have you.
