🛑 ICE Chases Two Into Syracuse Cantina, Gets a Two-Fer 🛑
Two men ICE says were illegal aliens ran into Margarita's Mexican Cantina in Armory Square in Syracuse, New York, apparently thinking a restaurant would force agents to stop and get a warrant.
It doesn't. Under the exigent circumstances exception, officers in hot pursuit of a suspect can follow him into a building without a warrant. The Supreme Court recognized hot pursuit as an exigency in United States v. Santana (1976). On top of that, the dining room of a restaurant open to the public isn't a private home.
The left is going nuts over this because they don't understand exigent circumstances.
In the end, ICE got a two-fer.

🛑 Patriot High Fives ICE Agents After Arrest at Newark Barbershop 🛑
ICE agents chased an illegal alien into Barber G in Newark, New Jersey, and took him into custody.
As agents walked him out, a patriot went down the line and gave every one of them a high five.
Loudmouth Lupe was fuming. She yelled "shut up" at him over and over. These people demand free speech for themselves while they harass ICE, then try to shout down anyone who cheers for law enforcement.
