So @British_Airways after you gave me a different flight that landed 2 hours after my connecting flight had gone I was told to book in and claim back. Not the case tho British Airways. Shameful on you.

Dear @British_Airways Could someone please get back to me with a solution on how to get a reply about a on going claim which has now been going on for almost 12 months. Baggage lost for 16 days. We had another Xmas holiday in between, no bags no nothing to travel.
