She walked over to a stereotypical group of blonde haired frat boy-ish white boys thinking they were gonna talk about “men in women’s sports” “immigration” and “the gays” and the young king started talking about some real shit and she got mad I’m CRIEN.

This is why I fw the women in the W so hard!!!
They FEARLESSLY stand on their squares!
Black women have been at the forefront of change, positive impact, and influence in America for centuries.
From the Underground Railroad to the Civil Rights Movement, the Black Power Movement, and voting against tyranny (the 92%), Black women have been among the most powerful and significant catalysts for change and the expansion of democracy in America.
So I’m not surprised to see these same women in the W use their platforms to challenge injustice, racism, misogyny, and anti-gay hate.
There is a large portion of this country, predominantly white men, that fears and is offended by that kind of power.
A platform used to challenge racism also exposes the mediocrity of the racist.
Access and opportunities are now available to all, rather than being concentrated in the hands of one group.
That’s why we must protect Black women.
Shoutout to Renee Montgomery for being such a social powerhouse!

LeBron James: “My daughter was here. She turned 12 today. They put her name and told her happy birthday on the jumbotron... That was super cool, man. Mom was here as well, so super special for me to be able to have moments like this in this building, in this city, probably one of the best sport cities in the world."
