One of the films that really showed off the potential of the late #BrandonLee was #RapidFire. In both acting and action he was a bright spot of this film. Check out this episode and learn about "The Watermelon Incident" youtu.be/VBD6j5UsGgE
#TheAbyss featured more drama behind the scenes than on the screen. Rumors of people getting punched in the face, near drowning, and PTSD plagued the set. Check out this episode to see if liquid breathing is real!

Me when someone loves something I hate: “Oh, that wasn’t for me at all, but I am excited that you dig it!”
Me when someone hates something I love: “Oh no! I loved it, but I am sorry it didn’t work out for you!”
It’s so easy to do.
I LOVE this movie! I've since learned just how much artistic license they used. Like, Tania Chernova (Rachel Weisz) was a very competent sniper IRL, but she's not portrayed that way on screen. Get more tidbits of #EnemyAtThGates this episode!

Alexander Dumas was a Black writer who wrote some of the most important and popular works of historical fiction in Western civilization. Was #TheManInTheIronMask a real person? If so, who do you think he was? youtu.be/rPhgnT7VO2o

Did you know that this is another role that both Tom Selleck & Harrison Ford matched for? Wanna guess who the actor they really wanted for the role and why that actor couldn't play the lead in #QuigleyDownUnder ?

Did you know that the actor who played Grigg, the alien navigator of the Gunstar in #TheLastStarfighter, was also the same actor who played The Old Man (the CEO of Omni Consumer Products) in Robocop?

Did you know that Don Bluth really, really, really wanted Disney to make an adaptation of Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of N.I.M.H, and when the Disney brass refused he left and took about 11 other animators with him?

One of my favorite films is being profiled here: #StarTrekVITheUndiscoveredCountry. It's full of mystery, action, adventure, political intrigue and Kirk kisses himself (because of course he does).

Troy & Brad from @notabombpodcast really helped out! I was supposed to record Star Trek VI, but I was much too sick. Thankfully, these guys lent me one of their episodes that I was a guest on, so check out what we thought about #MastersoftheUniverse
