@TheCityofMalden issued me a parking ticket via MAIL from 2 months ago when I was live-loading medical equipment and Rx’s for a dying cancer patient. I wasn’t obstructing the road, never left the presence of my vehicle, and the meter maid never left his car or asked me to move 🤔
2/6 @TheCityofMalden’s charge for an in-person hearing to appeal a parking ticket is currently $275 and - like many ppl right now - I don’t have the money or time, so I might as well just fork over the $30ish bucks so I can renew my registration later this year
5/6 @TheCityofMalden RESIDENTS: Your leaders are Cowardly Trash. I’m glad I don’t live there. They don’t care about you or your well-being and their municipality is a joke.
4/6 To reiterate, I never received a paper violation on my vehicle. And by the time I received the notification in the mail, I had already acquired late fees. Also, the time to appeal (21 days after issue) had already passed, so it doesn’t even fucking matter…
3/6 Your other choice to appeal a bogus violation in @TheCityofMalden is to mail in an Appeals Form and select the option to allow the Parking Clerk to judge your appeal. #JudgeJuryExecutioner
