A BLACK 12-YEAR-OLD IN A STOLEN KIA KILLED A 69-YEAR-OLD WHITE MAN IN BALTIMORE, AND HE WON'T FACE A SINGLE CHARGE.
Police say the kid blew around a stopped car at a red light, slammed into Barry on his motorcycle, and then ran from the scene. Barry died at the hospital.
His 15-year-old white female passenger was charged with car theft, but the driver got a juvenile services referral and nothing more because of his age.
Maryland Democrats wrote the law that made this possible. Flip the races and this would be national news for weeks. Barry's family deserves justice, not a referral.

Police say video shows the two kids inside got out... and RAN AWAY, the driver was 12 years old.

The 15-year-old White female passenger was charged with motor vehicle theft.
The Black 12-year-old who was behind the wheel?
No charges.
Yes... NO CHARGES.
Police say that because of his age, they filed a "Child in Need of Supervision" referral and met with the Department of Juvenile Services.
That's it.
No arrest. No charges.
A referral to juvenile services, and they decide whether he gets services, supervision... or nothing at all.
