In this episode, Hunter reflects on the historic season the women’s 800 has been having at the collegiate level, how she went from being a high school sprinter to a middle-distance star, what the last six years have been like running for coach @ddosanjhtaylor at BYU and what the future holds for her after she wraps up her collegiate career.

ALT Stride rates from 2023 USATF Championships for women and men for 100m through 10000m.
ALT Measurements were taken with a Sony A7sii at 120Hz. Every runner was measured from foot contact to the same foot contact on another stride. The reciprocal of time provided strides per second, then converted to steps per minute.
