Imagine if they had the opportunity to sign a younger, better TE last season than paying Andrews way too much money
Mark Andrews' fumble turns into 36-yard TD return by Falcons safety Jessie Bates. Andrews, who had the ball punched out, slaps his helmet after watching Bates get into the end zone. Without Lamar Jackson, Ravens can't afford to beat themselves. Ravens trail 7-3.

Half of those yards are on some pretty soft PI calls
Ravens now up to 10 penalties for 111 yards.

Jason Beck is doing the worst thing a coordinator can do, forcing his scheme and not adjusting to the strength of personnel. The stubbornness is insanity.

This game is entirely on Beck, zero adjustments to how teams have attacked this offense for the entire season so far.

And honestly, this is more concerning than if it were just the players. They aren't fully innocent, but the offense is basically all sophomores. They will improve. Stubborn coaching usually doesn't.

Hope that drives shows that today's playbook should just be "run through a motherfucker's face." Enough with the slow-developing nonsense.

The entire secondary sitting 12 yards off on 3rd and 8 is certainly a choice
Saints at the 2-yard line with 1:54 to play poised to take the lead. Ravens have two timeouts left.

Arsenal were going to catch a team at the wrong time at some point. Timing might work well because Arteta has a month to zapruder this to figure out what went wrong. Now get Rice and Saka off the pitch already.

Zero reason for Rice to go 90 minutes in this match. Saka has been doing a lot of walking so not as taxing a day for him.

Not looking forward to the excuses people will make for Saka after this one if things don't change. He needs to be more involved. Offside at least twice and not threatening in the slightest. The midfield was bad, but Tzolis was much more in the mix on the other wing.

He's scored a few goals this season, sure, but two of them were tap-ins created entirely on the other wing. Last week's penalty? Full credit, that was all him, but we need more of that. He's on superstar wages, needs to play like it more often.

Feels like it's been part of Arteta's system to allow opponents to shoot from long range, but the PL level is so high now that attackers can pick out those shots
Weird one, before today Arsenal had allowed six shots that Opta judges as low pressure (i.e. defenders not really closing down) across their first four PL games. They've allowed three just in that first half against Brighton. They've conceded twice.
