Had a 3 day weekend and made much progress on my latest Webflow template and have already started development of homepage ⚙️
Below is a peek at the hero section.
Have already begun the wireframing process for my next template attempt ⚡️
Prior to this, I took time to see what the Marketplace was missing in the niche and decided to build upon that.
My August ended with the template I've worked on all month long getting rejected by the Webflow Marketplace 💀
Even though I didn't get the ideal outcome, I couldn't be happier with everything the experience taught me of building my first Webflow template + marketplace expectations.
Much was learned and much knowledge was gained that can help lead to a better template for my 2nd attempt, and I look forward to going through the process of building something worthwhile again.
Already in the early stages of Template #2 🚀
It was on Sunday at almost 2AM in the morning when I finally submitted my agency template to the Webflow marketplace ✅
They say it takes 3-5 business days to hear back, so let's see what happens.
Have already started planning Template #2 ⚙️
Coming so close to submitting this template. Just finished the Utility pages and am now doing QA.
In the meantime, here's the design for the CMS blog pages.
This is the week I plan to submit my template for approval for the first time.
My only tasks before doing so is adding interactions, creating Marketplace-specific pages (404, Style Guide, etc.), and then polishing classes.
May this week go well.
Only a few more pages to finish designing/developing for Webflow agency template.
After than I plan to polish and then ship for marketplace review
