It was raining on Friday but headed inside for a bullpen and some live ABs! Faced 7 total ABs (not all got filmed, camera fell) but had 5 Ks and 1 soft ground ball and 1 hard ground ball! Arm is feeling good! #AGTG @BRXperformance @Jhooo_1 @prestonleon55 @KGaines09

Yesterday: 245X6 on sumo deadlift! Gets the forearms burning on the grip! Crushed upper body today too!
