Next Bridge confirmed FINRA introduced the 12/13 date the issuer never proposed. The facts are public and we see everything :) @bleedblue18 @finra, are you really not concerned about the potential legal consequences under securities laws and regulations if laws were broken in coordinating this U3 halt with the corresponding parties? Your own officers can leave their positions, but they can’t undo the harm that was done to investors, and they also can’t undo their role or any laws that were broken. @VP @VPRapidDirector @Beardvet

Image 1 includes yet another example (in the lower left) of an "Exchanged" Event Type Corporate Action, this time from BEFORE MMTLP. Notice how like the other non-MMTLP examples, the exchange and cancellation occur concurrently, just as the @SECGov made effective as of 11/18/22. (image 2) FINRA eventually claimed in their March 2023 FAQ that they were adding clarity because it's FINRA's role to "Delete the Trading Symbol", not to "Cancel the Shares". Fair enough, but why didn't FINRA need to add this clarity in the other examples??? If it was a Metamaterials and Next Bridge Hydrocarbons Corporate Action to conduct a 1-for-1 Exchange resulting in the Cancellation of MMTLP on 12/14/22, after the close of business... Why is the Corporate Action in image 3 focused on FINRA's role of "Deleting the MMTLP Trading Symbol" 40 hours BEFOREHAND??? Images 3 & 4 provide clear evidence that even though the 12/8 MMTLP Corporate Action was labeled as an "Exchanged" Event Type, it was really a "DELETION". It was no longer the issuer's Corporate Action, it was FINRA's. 12/14 doesn't even appear but as you can see in image 2, that was the most important date! This wasn't rocket science! FINRA had two opportunities to basically copy the information from image 2 and put it into a format similar to the other Corporate Action examples, but it wasn't even FINRA's role to create the Corporate Action, it was the issuer's. FINRA forced the issuer into accepting the changes that FINRA made, and it was the changes that FINRA made that allowed them to conduct the funny business that occurred on 12/13/22. This is bigger than just a FINRA issue because the SEC and the DTCC were also involved. @JohnReedStark

It's not difficult to recognize that @FINRA defrauded the issuer and investors of MMTLP. Observe how the "Exchanged" Event Type Corporate Actions in images 1 & 2 describe an "Exchange" becoming "EFFECTIVE" on a date that matches the "EFFECTIVE DATE" at the top of the Corporate Action. Then observe the two MMTLP Corporate Actions in image 3. Notice that the "Exchange" is described in the initial Corporate Action as: "MMTLP shareholders with settled positions as of 12/12/22 Record Date will receive one (1) share of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, Inc. for every one (1) share of MMTLP held on Pay Date of 12/14/22." This is almost the equivalent of saying: "Effective 12/14/22 at the close of business, MMTLP will be Exchanged for Next Bridge Hydrocarbons shares on a 1:1 basis." ☝🏾 The problem with first MMTLP Corporate Action is that FINRA didn't make "12/14/22, after the close of business" the time and date for the overall "Effective Date and time" at the top of the Corporate Action... Instead they used "Effective 00:00:00 12/13/22" 40 hours earlier, and they incorrectly linked this to MMTLP share cancellation which should've matched the "12/14/22, after the close of business" time and date. Image 4 is Next Bridge Hydrocarbons explaining that it was FINRA that introduced"12/13/22". The video 🎥 linked in the quote post explains this in detail, but I'll post another comment below this if you prefer not to watch. @VP

If the MMTLP spin-off would've went as planned, every holder of MMTLP would've received shares of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, 1-for-1 for each share of MMTLP, on or after 12/14/22, after the close of business. Even though there wasn't supposed to be an official cusip, what happens when a brokerage is allocated 1 million Next Bridge Hydrocarbons shares, but they actually need 2 million shares? The problem is not as easy to hide in a scenario like this! But if brokerages are told that the shares are getting cancelled and the trading symbol is being deleted effective 00:00:00 12/13/22, 40 hours before the planned 1-for-1 Exchange... This allows each brokerage to create their own cusip/identifiers to exchange with MMTLP before what should've been the official 1-for-1 exchange. (images 1 & 2) So when investors are holding MMTLPWB and MMTZZZ on 12/13/22, and being told by @RobinhoodApp and @WebullGlobal that those are official Next Bridge Hydrocarbons shares, it was a clearly a lie! (images 3 & 4) What reinforces the fact that investors were lied to is that brokerages made it seem perfectly reasonable that investors could've received their Next Bridge Hydrocarbons shares on 12/13/22, but when the Next Bridge Hydrocarbons shares were officially allocated on 12/14/22, the multiple changes to the dummy cusip/identifiers didn't begin until around 12/30/22. The video 🎥 linked in the quote post explains how a similar situation from 2014 appears to explain how brokerages, regulators and their committee members use tactics like this to hide imbalances.

@PeteSessions at the top of the trend. Wonder what it could be~. MMTLP got you awfully quiet don’t they? Texas needs to know you better. Take a look TX
It's interesting that the office of @PeteSessions claims that the MMTLP Corporate Action was deemed deficient by FINRA, but this goes against FINRA's narrative in their FAQs. Why did the office of Pete Sessions lie, and why hasn't FINRA or the @SECGov commented? Investors sought help from Congress but got lies instead. This gives the impression that the regulators don't have to be accountable to Congress. This is problematic @JohnReedStark Full details in the video linked in the quote post below 👇🏾

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent, On October 14th I wrote to you about Bank of America @BankofAmerica. You did not answer. 3.6 million Americans did. I want to tell you what that looked like from where I sit, because I do not think Washington understands it yet. The messages did not come from one side. They came from Republicans and Democrats, from veterans and nurses and small business owners, from people who have not agreed with each other about anything in a decade. They all said a version of the same sentence. We have had enough. That is what a national security issue looks like when it finally breaks through. It does not pick a party. It belongs to everyone who has a kid, a bank account, or a flag on the porch. So let me be plain about my concern. I am worried that nothing is going to happen. The fine has been announced. The press cycle is already turning. In a few weeks the number will be forgotten and the bank will be back to business. I have watched this exact sequence play out before, and I am writing to you now, while there is still a window, because once that window closes it does not reopen. I am also widening this letter, because Treasury does not act alone. To the Department of Justice @TheJusticeDept and to FBI Director Kash Patel @FBIDirectorKash: Director Patel, you were not in the chair when this happened, so I want you to hear it from me directly. In 2011 I walked into the FBI with everything I had on HSBC. Not a tip. Boxes. Names, account numbers, transaction records, internal emails. Agents worked that evidence for over a year. I trusted them, and I still believe they wanted to do their jobs. Then the settlement was announced. $1.9 billion. I called the agents and asked the only question that mattered. When do you raid the building and when are the arrests? Their answer was four words. Our hands are tied. I have thought about those four words every day since. Not because the agents failed me. Because somebody above them decided that a bank was too important to treat like a defendant. That decision was made quietly, by people whose names I will never know, and it has been made again every time since. Director Patel, you now have the authority to make a different one. I remember the words carved into the stone outside the federal building in Philadelphia the day I walked in to report @HSBC: justice is the defense of our liberty. I believed that. I still want to. But a justice system that handcuffs a dealer on the corner and sends a bank a bill is not defending anyone’s liberty. It is choosing whose liberty counts. To Brian Moynihan, Chief Executive Officer of Bank of America @BankofAmerica: Mr. Moynihan, your bank just agreed to pay $1.2 billion for failures that regulators called willful. I have a few questions, and the 3.6 million people reading this would like the answers too. Who was fired? Not reassigned. Not retired early with a package. Fired, by name, for the conduct the government described. What has actually changed in your anti money laundering program? Not the budget line. Not the consultant’s slide deck. What is different today about how an alert gets cleared and who is allowed to say stop? Were there any consequences inside the building at all? Or did this land the way it landed at HSBC bank, as a line item? And how much is your bonus this year? I ask because I know what it costs a compliance officer to raise his hand inside a bank like yours. I would like to know what it cost anyone at the top. Do you even care? I am asking sincerely. I would like to be wrong. Here is what I did about all of this, and why it matters to this letter. After the government declined to help me or any of the whistleblowers I have met since, I built the thing I wished had existed. Tactical Rabbit is a private intelligence agency. We find the truth, we prove it, and we put it in the hands of people who will act on it. I made a decision a long time ago that if the government would not stop the next HSBC, I would. So to anyone inside a bank reading this who is looking at something they know is wrong: if your bank will not act, and the government will not act, come to me. I will get the truth to the public. That is not a threat. It is a promise I have already kept once. Mr. Secretary, Director Patel, the Department of Justice, and Mr. Moynihan: four addresses, one question. Will anyone be held accountable? Not fined. Not suspended. Not asked to attend training. Accountable. Please end the cycle of too big to jail. I will not stop until there is change, and neither will the millions of Americans standing behind this letter. Answer them. We need a banker in jail. Everett A. I'm fairly certain it's a conflict of interest that Woodcock was SEC Fort Worth Regional Director. Isn't SEC Fort Worth the office that brought frivolous charges against the former CEOs that were victimized when their Series A Preferred Dividend became tradeable as MMTLP against their wishes?
The problem with David Woodcock being the @SECGov's Director of Enforcement is that he was also the SEC Fort Worth Regional Director from 2011 to 2015. SEC Fort Worth is the region that filed charges against @johnbrda and @palikaras over the Torchlight Metamaterials reverse-merger, but they waited to do so until after the MMTLP Community began to get Congressional support. Once the charges were filed, the SEC convinced members of Congress (even before the charges were made public), that the CEOs were guilty of something so there was no point in investigating what happened with MMTLP. This investigation has also been used to avoid providing responses to thousands of FOIA requests. The case is currently stayed by the courts and the lead investigators from the SEC have resigned. On the flip-side, John Brda and George Palikaras appear to be eager for the case to proceed so that they can share their truth. How convenient for the SEC that the case has been stayed!

🚨 Anson’s own investors weren’t told the full story. The @SECGov found undisclosed arrangements to share trading profits with short report publishers, plus more than $1.1 MILLION routed through an intermediary using invoices for research it never performed. Anson settled without admitting or denying the findings. No one wants another dog and pony show with Congress demanding answers: The investors want to know - Who approved these payments, who benefited, and was the full scope investigated? We are sick of seeing that this just is the cost of doing business while investors get screwed. Wall Street accountability cannot end with a settlement check.
