Nscale is facing opposition to the valuation it’s pursuing in its initial public offering, according to people familiar.

Rob Arnott thinks the US market is frothy and expensive. He also thinks shorting it is a bad idea, since bubbles often blow off on the upside before they break.
He sat down with @BloombergTV’s Open Interest to explain what to do instead, and where the firm’s new name Syzygy comes from: alignment, with the end investor first.

BREAKING: The NBA has ruled on the Los Angeles Clippers in for salary cap circumvention investigations on Kawhi Leonard after yearlong probe -- stripping the franchise of 5 first-round picks, issuing a $30 million fine to owner Steve Ballmer and suspensions for Ballmer, Lawrence Frank and Gillian Zucker, sources tell ESPN.
Kawhi Leonard will have to pay $700,000 in restitution for improper benefits by the Clippers for his uncle and former business rep, Dennis Robertson. No contract void or suspension for Leonard. And Robertson -- who was fired by Leonard in June -- is being banned by the NBA from all business dealings.
Just after sunrise, the @NASARoman deep space telescope blasted off on a 5-year mission, one million miles from Earth. Ross Hamilton of Space Network talks with @EenaRuffini and @BTLipschultz about the universe’s mysteries this telescope could help unlock.
