Dear environmental studies twitter: have you read an environmental history of wind? I'm not looking for works on wind power or travel by wind, but rather studies of 1) how wind has been understood scientifically or culturally or 2) how wind shapes physical or cultural landscapes.

Why have Latin American #EnvHist & #EnvHum so far not very strongly engaged in the discourse about the #anthropocene? A great collection of articles that starts this conversation is in this issue of #desacatos directed by Virginia García Acosta (CIESAS Mexico). Are there others?
We invite you to enter ZOTERO and review all available literature on environmental history we have in BOHA
