Hier, la Commission européenne a publié son nouvel agenda ProtectEU (lien en dessous).
Et je peux vous dire... c'est pas gai !
Le document élargit les motivations terroristes au "rejet des valeurs démocratiques européennes, au nihilisme ou aux idéologies anti-système".
En visant ces courants d'idées, l'UE ne traque plus seulement les projets d'attentats mais cible littéralement toute dissidence politique.
Alors que le risque terroriste, notamment islamique, n'a jamais été été fort, l'UE préfère se concentrer sur ceux qui refusent de dire "iel" !!
Et pour verrouiller l'espace numérique, l'Europe prévoit une détection assistée par IA et une base européenne de hachage pour supprimer les publications de façon industrielle.
C'est une industrialisation de la censure : des algorithmes opaques décideront de ce qui est légitime, prolongeant la logique liberticide entamée avec le règlement TCO et le DSA.
Plus radical encore, le projet d'un EU Financial data Retrieval System permettra de surveiller chaque transaction intra-UE d'ici 2030.
Entre la surveillance des contenus en ligne, la "protection des mineurs" mêlant santé mentale et sécurité, et l'extension des données PNR à tous les transports, la vie privée ne voudra bientôt plus rien dire.
Bientôt, toute contestation sera vue comme une atteinte aux intérêts supérieurs de l'Empire européen.

The ECR Group sharply questions yesterday’s decision by the @EU_Commission to impose a €120 million fine on @X under the Digital Services Act (DSA) – the first such penalty since the law entered into force. For ECR Co-Chairmen @NProcaccini and @PatrykJaki, the ruling highlights deep structural problems in how the DSA is being interpreted and enforced.
The ECR Group notes that the Commission itself struggled to explain the calculation of the €120 million fine, referring only to “proportionality” rather than any measurable formula. This lack of clarity adds to concerns among lawmakers, researchers and industry that the DSA is being applied with excessive discretion.
We will request further explanations from the Commission regarding the proportionality assessment and will continue to push for a DSA that protects users without creating avenues for politicised or arbitrary enforcement.
