FLEX were here on Fri to film me. Think they want to shoot me a couple more times before the New York Pro, to get publicity before the show.

NPC Utah 2010 Top Form Classic was great! Happy with how I looked onstage, there will not be too many changes to the program right now.

Almost 5 weeks until NY! Things are looking good though, and I’m confident I will be ready.

Started training already at Gold’s Gym. The equipment is much better than what I'm used to in Europe. Happy with my program right now!

We’re in Vegas now! I’m excited to be here. Looking forward to having lots of success this year with BSN®!

1st week of New York Pro preparation diet. Changed my diet this year, with a focus on more variety to keep my muscles as full as possible.

Well, we got the passports, it’s 100% now. Leaving for the US on Thursday!

Just a few things to take care of before we fly to Vegas on the 18th! My wife is doing most of the work. She’s like my manager now!

Good news: we'll be moving to Vegas! Very excited & ready to get to Vegas and get the season started!
