This is Philip G Ingram, a judge in the NSW District Court. He recently presided over a case where Justin Michael King, a filthy 52 year old pedophile who worked as a greyhound trainer was found guilty of having multiple sexual encounters including intercourse with a 15 year old girl.
The state prosecutor asked for imprisonment. Last week, this judge issued the sentence... And his sentence was a community corrections order meaning zero jail time. Instead the pedophile gets taxpayer funded therapy and has to do some unpaid work. And that's all.
In 19th and 20th centuries, we used to hang pedophiles. Today, these judges let them walk out of court without a single day in prison. Disgraceful.
