We are thrilled to see our fantastic Coach Ryan rewarded for his outstanding dedication to Blackburn Primary Schools by the English Schools FA. Without doubt, the BwD District Football Team would not be where it was without him!

The BPSSA is in the process of co-affiliating with Darwen schools for 2018-19 - a status that was approved for us by LSFA in the past week. This means there will be some additional trials for Darwen pupils early in September as we look at building our squad for next season.

Due to these exceptional circumstances, it means that squad confirmations have had to be postponed for the time being. We are very excited to bring the groups together under an all-age association. Further news about the changes will be posted when we can.

Very pleasing standard on display tonight. The selection process this year will take slightly longer as there are several significant changes ahead for Blackburn District football in 2018-19. We will be in touch with schools as soon as we are able.
