Pray til you feel it, then move toward it.

Plenty to do, not much to say.

Peace and love is all that matters. If it disturbs my peace or doesn’t love me back, I’m good on it.

Nothing is free in life. Effort is respected. The universe can throw you the perfect alley oop, still gotta run and jump to get it.

Stop doing things that don’t feel right and stop lying to yourself saying it’s okay.

Everything, always, in divine timing.

Don’t believe the mind. Make the mind believe you.

Only a weak mind reacts to everything.

It’s funny, I’m an “extremist” for eating clean and using non-toxic or eco-friendly products only. Why should food or soap possibly cause cancer, brain damage or infertility? Is an artificial color or scent that important to you?

Best way to overcome self doubt is to study your own accomplishments. You just gotta remember how dope you are.

I love how when you ask for answers the universe finds ways to speak to you. It can be through another person, a billboard or a scene in the movie you decided to watch. Just know it’s never a coincidence.

The energy never lies, you gotta read it right though.

Visualize it. Affirm it. Accept it. Fear is unwelcome.

Everything is easy to the person who doesn’t have to do it.
